Return and Refund Policy

1. Timeframe

Customers may request a return and refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, as per the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

2. Conditions

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 15 business days.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.

3. Defective Products

If a product arrives defective, the customer can choose between:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement item sent at no additional cost.

Example:
If a watch arrives with a broken screen, the customer can choose to receive a new watch or get a full refund.
