1. Timeframe
Customers may request a return and refund within 7 calendar days after receiving the product, as per the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.
2. Conditions

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 15 business days.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method as the original transaction.
3. Defective Products
If a product arrives defective, the customer can choose between:

A full refund, or
-
A replacement item sent at no additional cost.
Example:
If a watch arrives with a broken screen, the customer can choose to receive a new watch or get a full refund.
