We accept exchanges only for items with proven manufacturing defects reported within 7 calendar days after delivery.

2. Procedure

    • Order number

    • Photos or videos showing the defect

  2. After review, we will provide instructions for returning or replacing the product.

3. Exclusions

  • Damage caused by misuse or mishandling.

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Intimate apparel or hygiene-related products (e.g., underwear, earrings).

Example:
If a customer receives a shirt with a torn seam, they must contact us within 7 days and provide evidence. If the wrong size was chosen, our return policy applies instead of exchange.
